Historic Corporate Reports Collection

Special Collections & Archives has an extensive collection of historic corporate reports. The collection encompasses over 27,000 U.S., Canadian, and international companies, dating from the 1820s, with more than 10,000 paper reports before 1900 and more than 300,000 reports overall. The collection includes annual reports, 10-Ks, prospectuses, proxies, registration statements, and miscellaneous documents such as brokerage-house reports, charts, and unpublished corporate histories.
