Debra is a paper conservator responsible for the preservation of the special and contemporary collections at Baker Library. She earned her Masters in Art Conservation with a specialty in Paper Objects at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. She is a Professional Associate of the American Institute for Conservation and a Board Member of the New England Conservation Association.
Jeanne's responsibilities include management of the BL budget and reforecasts; financial analyses; performance of BL accounting functions; and oversight of financial compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Prior to joining HBS in 2016, Jeanne worked in budget and executive support roles at Wellesley College for 8 years. Previously, I have over 15 years of experience working in a variety of firms as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Keith leads Special Collections & Archives' digital archives workflows with an emphasis on documenting and maintaining the authenticity, integrity, and security of born-digital HBS records and special collections materials throughout the digital stewardship lifecycle. He also collaboratively develops Harvard Library-wide strategy for stewardship of born-digital materials. His research focuses on integrating environmental sustainability with digital archives and digital preservation theory and practice.
In his role, Ken collaborates with colleagues across the Harvard Business School, Harvard University, and beyond, supporting the needs of faculty, students, alumni, and researchers. A focus for his collaborations is embracing new research methods and reducing the barriers between the scholar and the research content they need for their scholarship or teaching.
Before joining the Harvard Business School, he held several library leadership roles at both public and private institutions where his efforts focused on reducing the friction of accessing content both through improved physical access and leveraging current and emerging technologies to provide digital access.
In addition to experience in library administration, knowledge management, collection development, and access strategies, Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, and a Master of Science in Library Science from Simmons College, Boston.
Melissa Renn

With over 25 years of curatorial experience, Melissa Renn manages the art collections at HBS and specializes in American, modern, and contemporary art. She is co-author, with Theodore E. Stebbins, Jr., of American Paintings at Harvard, Volume I (2014), and has also published widely on Life magazine, including, “The Picture Magazine: Life and the Limits of Photography” in Ludmilla Jordanova and Florence Grant (eds), Writing Visual Histories (2020); and “Life in Color: Life Magazine and the Color Reproduction of Works of Art,” in Regina Lee Blaszczyk and Uwe Spiekermann (eds), Bright Modernity: Color, Commerce, and Consumer Culture (2017). Renn is co-editor, with Monica E. Jovanovich, of Corporate Patronage of Art and Architecture in the United States, from the Late 19th Century to the Present (2019). She has received the Robert F. Greenhill Award for Outstanding Service to the HBS Community. Melissa Renn holds an AB in Art History and English from Stanford University and a MA and PhD in Art History from Boston University.

Linda oversees Baker’s collection budget to identify resources supporting research and teaching. Linda's commercial background enables savvy license negotiations to obtain the best terms and access. She also explores emerging technologies to expand access.

Dimitri plays a vital role in how faculty disseminate their research online and how business professionals engage with it in their day-to-day. Dimitri's past professional experiences span from digital marketing strategy to web publishing. Dimitri holds a B.S. in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University with a minor in Information Science.
Area of expertise: Database management, statistical analysis, and visualization using STATA, SAS, SPSS; Text analysis using NVIVO; Survey design and Data Collection using Qualtrics; Domestic and International demographic datasets like ACS, Census, CPS, AHS, DHS, ILL, Gallup; Economic and financial databases; Literature searches using various library tools.
Member of the Baker Library Special Collections & Archives Processing Team. Process faculty papers and contemporary business manuscript collections with a specialty in web archiving. Active member of New England Archivists.
Elizabeth focuses on collection development and electronic resources licensing. She holds degrees in Journalism (BA), Library and Information Studies (MLIS), and Business Analytics (MSBA) to complement diverse experience in academic, corporate, and archival library settings. She is also a researcher of the businessification and evolution of academic libraries, a data and coding enthusiast, and an AI-for-libraries pioneer.
