Collections must be used onsite in the de Gaspé Beaubien Reading Room. Schedule an appointment to confirm the material in which you're interested is available and ready for you in the reading room when you arrive.

Schedule an Appointment to Visit Special Collections & Archives

The Beaubien Reading Room is located on the first floor of the Baker Library | Bloomberg Center. Directions are available via the Harvard Business School map.

Parking on campus is limited; when available, a day permit for the HBS Parking Lot can be purchased at the guard booth on the day of your visit. The HBS campus is a short walk from the Harvard Square train station and two bus lines, the 66 and 86, stop by HBS. See the MBTA website for more information on public transportation options.

Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM, but make sure to check our Hours page before planning a visit.
