Special Collections & Archives Appointment Form

Special Collections and Archives' de Gaspé Beaubien Reading Room is open to all eligible users by appointment.

Use this form to submit an appointment request for the Reading Room, open Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM.

Please note that appointments are not considered finalized until you receive confirmation from staff.

We will do our best to honor your #1 Date and Time request. You should only submit requests for more than one Date and Time if you’re planning to visit Special Collections & Archives for multiple days. Email specialcollectionsref@hbs.edu if you need to request appointments for more than 3 dates or have any other questions.

In addition to making an appointment, all users should submit requests for collection material from HOLLIS for Archival Discovery or the HOLLIS catalog through their HOLLIS Special Request account.
