Library Course Materials Form (Reserves & Durable Links)

The library can provide access to both digital and physical course readings. Faculty or faculty proxies can share a list of readings or individual items using the form below, and we will provide durable links to electronic copies or put physical copies on reserve at our service desk.

When submitting requests, please include as much citation information as possible.

We strive to complete requests within 3 business days. Large requests may take longer; in these cases we'll work with you to negotiate a timeline.

If we are not able to obtain a link or a physical copy of an item for you, we will let you know.

If you need to create scans of materials:

  • Use HOLLIS to locate an item at libraries across Harvard.

  • If you need the scan quickly, visit the library with the item and scan it. Use HOLLIS to locate items at libraries across Harvard.

Note: posting of scans or other material on Canvas requires permission from the publisher. Please work with HBS Case Services to secure permissions.

If you have any questions, please contact infoservices@hbs.edu or call (617) 495-6040.
