Service Overview

Research archivists and librarians are available to work with you on your research project, identifying potential resources within the full range of materials in Special Collections.

HBS Faculty

Research archivists can conduct a review of materials and provide preliminary research. We can also work with you to identify documents, photographs, audio, and video files for use in presentations, publications and in the classroom.

The comprehensive record of the story of HBS, from the founding of the school in 1908 through the current day, is included in the HBS Archives. Research archivists are available, to HBS faculty members, to conduct in-depth research on a range of subjects using the rich resources of the HBS Archives.  Included within the Archives are faculty research collections, retired cases, records of school wide research projects, and many unique resources.
