Where do I find data, ratings and reports on fixed income?
Bond Data
FactSet
A comprehensive platform used to analyze financial data from global fixed income markets. Individual accounts needed. Please see More Info page for instructions on signing up for an account.
Bloomberg
Current and historical financial information on fixed-income securities, for both international and domestic markets, including credit ratings. Use the CORP or GOVT shortcut key for corporate or government securities research. There are two Bloomberg terminals in the Stamps Reading Room and two Bloomberg terminals in the Exchange. Individual accounts required. Please see the More Info page for account set up information.
LSEG Workspace
To find info on the bond market, click the ‘Search Tools’ tab, select ‘Bonds’, and edit/input your criteria on the left. For bond issuance, type ‘Fixed Income New Issues Monitor’ into the main search bar on the home page and add your criteria on the left.
WRDS
WRDS is a warehouse of financial, accounting, banking, economics, management, marketing, and public policy databases accessible through a single Web-based interface. It includes access to US treasury bond data from CRSP (monthly prices) and GovPX (tick by tick).
Research Reports & Ratings
Standard & Poor's Ratings Direct (Access via Capital IQ)
Provides access to credit research on bond issues from around the world, including public finance and structured finance issues. Provides S&P credit ratings and detailed reports explaining these credit recommendations.
Moody's Academic
Sign up directly with Moody's for access to select reports. Be sure to include your academic affiliation.
LSEG Workspace
Analyst reports available here include those specific to fixed income. Corporate debt and credit ratings are also available under the ‘Debt & Credit’ tab of any company landing page.

Factiva
Good source for news on the bond markets (includes Barron's, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, etc.).
