Known issue: Browser privacy settings affecting access for some users.
Solution:
In Chrome: Open Settings > Privacy and Security. Select Allow Third Party Cookies. Add capitaliq.com to Sites Allowed to Use Third-Party Cookies .
In Firefox: Open Settings > Privacy and Security. Next to Enhanced Tracking Protection, click Manage Exceptions and add capitaliq.com.
In Safari: Open Settings > Websites > General. Under Content Blockers, turn setting off for the website capitaliq.com. Under Pop-Up Windows, select Allow for the website capitaliq.com.
