Extended Access to Select Library E-Resources for Graduating ECs
How long does access to Baker Library resources continue for graduating ECs?
For graduating ECs, access to most Baker Library resources ends on Commencement Day.
However, access to the resources below has been extended through August 1, 2026 for job search and interview purposes.
Visit Baker for Alumni to review a list of additional resources licensed for all alumni.
Capital IQ
Existing users:
Before graduation, you will receive new login details via email from Capital IQ.
Login directly at www.capitaliq.com using your new login.
Do not log in via Baker Capital IQ page.
If you don't receive a new login by graduation, contact infoservices@hbs.edu
New users, after May 28, 2026:
Contact infoservices@hbs.edu for account set-up.
Existing account holders:
Login with existing username and password.
New users, after May 28, 2026:
Contact infoservices@hbs.edu for account set-up.
Current account holders:
Login with existing username and password.
New users, after May 28, 2026:
Under Get Access on the CB Insights database page, expand the HBS Faculty, Students, and Staff box.
Click on Set Up Account link and use your HBS email address to create an account.
To access the below resources:
Under Get Access on the database page, expand the HBS Faculty, Students, and Staff box.
Click Access with HBS Intranet.
Regular eligibility and restrictions apply, available until August 1st, 2026, for graduating ECs.
