How can I construct a list of executives or company board of directors members?
To screen for board members:
BoardEx: screen by company name, individual, committee, gender, role, tenure and other criteria.
Capital IQ: screen by role (ex: Chairman) or committee assignment, educational affiliation (ex. HBS), and other criteria.
To find current board members or executives of a specific company:
Use one or more of the following databases and search using the company name:
Nexis Uni: a good source of email addresses for executives is the Company Dossier
WRDS: has historical board information.
You can also look up board information for public companies in their filings.
