Secondary Buyouts

LSEG Workspace:

1. Click on the Search Tools tab and select M&A.

2. In the Quick Filters section, type Secondary Buyouts Flag in the Add Filters text box, and select True. Click Done to add to your search.

3. Add other criteria as desired.

Use Capital IQ to conduct a more comprehensive search for secondary buyouts in both private and public entities.

1. Hover over the Screening tab and select Transactions.

2. Under M&A Details, click on Features and select Secondary LBO from the list.

3. Add criteria and select others as desired.

4. Click on View Results.
