Joint ventures: create a list

Capital IQ

1. Mouse over Screening  and Transactions.

2. Under M&A Details, click on Features and select Creation of Joint Venture 

3. Add criteria and select others as desired.

4. Click on View Results.

LSEG Workspace

1. Click on the Search Tools tab and select M&A.

2. In the Quick Filters section, begin typing “joint venture” in the Add Filters text box, and select Joint Venture Flag – True and click Done to add to your search.

3. Add other criteria as desired.​

SDC Platinum 

1. Use Mergers & Acquisitions.

2. Select Joint Ventures.
