Depository Retrieval Request Form

Use this form to request Baker items from the Contemporary Collection that are at the Harvard Depository. Materials ordered are for use in-library only in the Stamps Reading Room.

To preserve collections, researchers may be asked to request items in small batches, use non-print items already onsite (e.g., microfilm), or use an alternative source (digitized version).

Who can use this form?

Harvard Business School affiliates, Harvard University affiliates, and authorized Baker visitors. (Visitors: for more information on our access policy, please see Access & Use.)

When do items arrive?

Items requested by 12 p.m. EST Monday-Friday will usually arrive the following business day. Users will be notified via email when the item has arrived and is ready for use in the Stamps Reading Room.
