Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP) in WRDS: has historical data on mutual fund prices and fees.
In WRDS, go to CRSP > Quarterly update > Mutual Funds > Fund Summary.
Set date range and enter mutual fund codes (use code lookup or upload an existing file).
Query variables select, 12b-1 Fee, Maximum 12b-1 Fee, Management Fee
Add any other descriptive information.
Select output.
