Locating expert call transcripts in AlphaSense

Search the Document Library in AlphaSense:

• Click on the Search icon in the left hand navigation menu.

• Use the two search boxes at the top of the page to search the document library.

• You can search by keywords, company name or ticker, or both together.

• Use the box on the left to search using keywords. Type ? to see advanced search options.

• Use the box on the right to search for a specific company by name or ticker.

• In the left menu, under AlphaSense Library, select Expert Insights Only.

• Filters are available for Transcript Type (company deep dive, industry deep dive) , Expert Perspective (customer, competitor, former professional) and Analyst Perspective (buy side, sell side).

• You may download transcripts or save to your account notebook.

Search using Generative Search AlphaSense:

• Click the Generative Search icon in the left hand menu.

• In the prompt box, enter your query.

• Below the prompt box, change All Sources to call transcripts by select Expert Insights Only.

• Below the prompt box choose your output: Fast, Think Longer, or Deep Research.

• AlphaSense will then generate a summary based on your query, with citations and links to the related call transcripts.

• Fast and Think Longer summaries can be copied to clipboard and saved to your account notebook or other document. Deep Research reports can be downloaded.
