The Commercial Bank Database, part of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago's suite, encompasses comprehensive financial information on banks regulated by the Federal Reserve System, FDIC, and the Comptroller of the Currency. Originating from mandatory regulatory filings, it spans from 1976 quarterly. Data includes balance sheets, income statements, and risk-based capital measures.
