Baker Library Services Information Research Staff

Jen Beauregard
Jen joined Baker Library in 2012. Prior to coming to HBS, she was the librarian for the Harvard University Development Office where she did research used by the President and Provost, and provided research assistance to a wide range of other Harvard researchers. Jen has an M.L.S. and a B.A. in English literature.

Leslie Burmeister
Leslie joined Baker Library in 2006. Prior to joining HBS, she worked in book publishing for over eight years, specializing in sales and marketing. When assisting students, Leslie is committed to understanding their research needs in order to improve the library user experience. Leslie has a Masters in Library & Information Science and a BA in History.

Cynthia Churchwell
Cynthia has been meeting the project and career research needs of HBS students since 2001. Prior to coming to HBS, Cynthia served as the Social Sciences Reference Librarian and then the Business Reference Librarian at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. She has experience compiling research guides and teaching information research skills. She has a Masters of Library Science, an M.B.A., and a B.S. in Accounting.

Emilie Codega
Emilie joined the Harvard Business School staff in April 2008. Prior to joining HBS she worked in research and knowledge management at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 8 years, supporting the Financial Services industry practice. She has an M.L.I.S. and a B.A. in History.

Meghan Dolan
Meghan's work experience includes systems analysis/database management for Realty Marketing/Northwest (RMNW), a small realty auctioning firm in the Pacific Northwest; library internships at Motorola and IBM in Austin, Texas; and patent research for a law firm in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining HBS in May 2008, Meghan was the Head of Numeric Data Services within the Social Sciences Program at Harvard College Library. She has research experience in the fields of government, economics, technology, law, agribusiness and healthcare. She has an M.L.S. and B.A.'s in Art and Spanish.

Kathryn FitzGerald
Kathryn joined Baker library in 2013. Prior to coming to HBS Kathryn was the Public Services Librarian at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She also has experience as a market research information specialist at the MaRS Discovery District, sourcing and delivering market research to emerging technology and social innovation startups. She has a Masters degree in Information Studies and a BA in Art History and French Language and Linguistics.

Poping Lin
Poping joined Baker Library Services in 2000 from MIT where she provided information research services to researchers and students in areas of science and engineering.  At HBS she works with faculty to integrate knowledge of information resources into students learning processes. Her expertise is in areas of health care, science-based business (e.g. biotechnology and renewable energy.), and business & the environment. She has an MS. in Library and Information Science.

Andrea Schulman
Andrea has worked at Harvard Business School since 1996 where she oversees the collections, coordinates content for the Library web page and helped students with research.  Before coming to HBS she managed a marketing research group at Digital Equipment Corp and has worked in the Reference Department of Widener Library.   She has an M.B.A., an M.L.S. and a B.A. in Russian Language and Literature.

Mallory Stark
Mallory has worked at Harvard Business School for over ten years assisting students with research related to the job search—developing programs and services and building collections to assist MBA students with career development. Prior to coming to HBS, Mallory started the library at the Judge Institute at the University of Cambridge and worked as a Reference librarian at Dewey Library at MIT. Mallory has an M.S. in Library and Information Science, an Ed.M.and a B.S. in Business Administration.
