MSCI ESG Research

Description: A suite of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research and analysis products from MSCI.

Includes:

• Intangible Value Assessment (IVA) -- analysis of the key ESG issues facing companies and industries, with a focus on financial implications. IVA includes company profiles, industry reports, and thematic research.
• Carbon Beta -- ratings and analysis of corporate climate change risk exposure and management, including company-specific GHG emissions footprint data and compliance cost scenarios
• ESG Impact Monitor -- assessment of ESG controversies consistent with international norms represented in numerous, widely accepted, global conventions, including the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the UN Global Compact.

Some of these products (including Carbon Beta and Global Socrates) are scheduled to be integrated with IVA and discontinued as separate listings.
