      Two of the large, glass-lined, brine-cooled tanks in a Kraft plant. The tested milk, received early in the morning from neighboring farms, is held in these huge tanks during the few hours which must elapse before it is made into cheese. The tanks are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized every day, at the conclusion of cheese making operations.
