Special Collections and Archives' de Gaspé Beaubien Reading Room is open to all eligible users.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM
While not required, appointment requests allow staff to confirm material is available for you. Please submit an appointment request at least two business days in advance. If you need to schedule an appointment fewer than two business days away please contact specialcollectionsref@hbs.edu. Many collections are stored offsite and require advance notice for retrieval. In addition, there may be some restrictions on access to certain collections.

Public services archivists and librarians can introduce users to our collections and provide assistance in effectively using the catalogs, databases, and finding aids to the collections. Research librarians and archivists are available to discuss your research project and possible resources within Special Collections and Archives upon request.
de Gaspé Beaubien Reading Room
The collections are available for use in the de Gaspé Beaubien Reading Room on the first floor of Baker Library | Bloomberg Center.
