Interlibrary Loan Requests from Non-Harvard Affiliates
- Requests will be accepted only via OCLC, fax (617-496-3811), or ALA form; not from individuals or other institutions. Telephone or e-mail requests will not be honored.
- Books will be loaned to libraries in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Policies
The following items cannot be loaned outside of Harvard.
Interlibrary Loan departments are encouraged to check the
HOLLIS Catalog to determine the location of a requested item.
- Bound/unbound volumes/issues of serials or periodicals, audio-visual, or reference materials.
- Anything designated as "non-circulating."
- Harvard Business Review articles and cases. We are prohibited from copying articles or cases. For reprints of articles, please contact Harvard Business School Publishing.
- Working papers in the Baker Library circulating collection. Copies of Working Papers housed in Historical Collections may sometimes be copied if the author has granted permission. Please e-mail Historical Collections for more information or visit Faculty & Research: Working Papers to see if a paper is available online.
- Harvard Business School Doctoral Dissertations (DBA theses):
- Pre-1972 dissertations are available from Widener Imaging Services. Please contact them directly at 617-495-3995.
- Post-1972 dissertations are on deposit with University Microfilms (UMI). Please order them directly from UMI.
