Troubleshooting
The problem: I cannot open a research report from my computer.
Description: It might be caused by an invalid setting in Acrobat Reader 6.0.
Follow the steps bellow to fix the problem:
- Go to Start - Program - Acrobat Reader.
- In Acrobat Reader, go to Edit - Preferences.
- Then click Internet and uncheck Display PDF in Browser.
- Click OK.
