A volume of clerks' records documents the meetings of stockholders, the election of officers, and decisions made by the board regarding purchases of land, committees formed, and increase of capital stocks. G. Grace Goddard was the wife of Henry W. Goddard, president of the company. She began to appear in the records as one of the directors and officers of the company in 1923. She was voted president after the death of her husband in 1927. She served in that office, as well as acting as treasurer, until the company was dissolved in 1933.
