Two deeds in the collection record the sale of land and property by Hannah Stevens in 1769 and Sharon Pease in 1791.

Hannah Stevens transferred part ownership of a furnace and forty-eight acres of land in Salisbury, Connecticut. Sharon Pease sold land in Enfield, Connecticut, in the County of Hartford to Richard Smith for £112/15d.
