| Deal Description | The State of Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority used the proceeds from this transaction to pay a portion of the costs of the project, to pay to the trustee the amount required by the resolution for a debt-service reserve, to pay expenses incurred in connection with the project and the financing thereof, and to pay to the trustee the interest accruing on the bonds. The project, which was provided for Windham Community Memorial Hospital, Incorporated, consisted of two new one- and two- story wings, a five-story stair tower, and an extension of the then-existing boiler house, constructed adjacent to and connected with existing facilities, as well as certain alterations within the existing facilities of the institution in Windham, Connecticut. The project was intended to provide laboratory and administrative space improvements, X-ray, emergency, ambulant patient, diagnostic, operating, and other supportive areas. |
