| Deal Description | The State of Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority used the proceeds from this transaction to pay a portion of the costs of the project, to pay to the trustee the amount required by the resolution for a debt-service reserve, to pay expenses incurred in connection with the project and the financing thereof, and to pay to the trustee the interest accruing on the bonds. The project, which was provided for the Waterbury Hospital, was the new eleven-floor plus mechanical penthouse healthcare facility constructed adjacent to and connected with the then-existing facilities of the institution in Waterbury, Connecticut. There were approximately 376 patient beds located in the project. |
