Of the shares offered in this deal, 352,792 shares were sold by the group of selling stockholders, which consisted of Charles Stewart Mott; A. C. Allyn and Company, Incorporated; Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc.; the Donner Corporation; Cruttenden & Co.; Dempsey & Co.; Charles Stewart Harding Mott and Roy E. Brownell as trustees for Maryanne Turnbull Mott Trust; Charles Stewart Mott and Charles Stewart Harding Mott as trustees for Kate Butler Trust; and Charles Stewart Mott and Roy E. Brownell as trustees for Claire Isabel Mott Trust. The Company receive no portion of the proceeds from these shares. |
