| Deal Description | MassMutual Income Investors Inc. was a closed-end, diversified management investment company organized in Maryland in November, 1972 under the sponsorship of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. The corporation had as its primary investment objective a high level of current income for its shareholders through investment in a diversified portfolio in which marketable debt securities considered by management to be of high quality predominated. Approximately three months after this offering, the corporation intended to make distributions to shareholders monthly of substantially all of its net ordinary income and any net realized short-term capital gains, and to make distributions annually of substantially all of the excess of its net realized long-term capital gains, if any, over its net realized short-term capital losses. |
