Deal DescriptionThe Industrial Development Board of the town of Camden issued the industrial development revenue bonds to provide funds for the construction and acquisition by the development board of a manufacturing plant and appurtenant facilities for the production of linerboard near the town of Camden, Alabama, and for the construction and acquisition by the development board of a manufacturing plant and appurtenant facilities for the production of wood products in the same area. The Linerboard Project was to be leased to MacMillan Bloedel United, Inc. The Wood Products Project was to be leased to Harmac Alabama, Inc.
