| Deal Description | Indianapolis Power & Light Company used the net proceeds from this transaction to reimburse its treasury for capital expenditures covered by an order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana. The major items of capital expenditures made by the company consisted of the installation of turbo-generators and equipment, boilers and accessories, feed water heaters, pumps, piping, land, building, plumbing, switching equipment and plant housing at its Harding Street steam generating plant, the 50 miles 132 KV steel tower transmission line loop, wire and accessories, 3-30,000 KVA, 132 KV step-down substations, and a steam heating distribution system. |
