The industrial bonds were issued to provide a portion of the funds for the acquisition, construction, and installation of certain machinery and equipment at the company's plant complex. The pollution control project's systems and equipment included installation of an end-box handling system, mercury-collection systems, cooling water cell units, sludge-handling systems, vent systems, and other necessary equipment. The industrial project consisted of certain industrial facilities constructed for the purpose of improving the electrical distribution system and increasing the dry air capacity at the Company's plant complex. This included the installation of transformers, switchgear, compressing and drying equipment, and other related equipment. |
