| Deal Description | Collins & Aikman Company used the proceeds from this transaction to acquire all the assets and property, including the business, of Collins & Aikman Co., a New Jersey corporation, and all the outstanding capital stock of Collins and Aikman Company, a Pennsylvania corporation. A portion of the proceeds was also used to acquire all the property, assets, and business of Bennett and Aspden Company, as well as all of the outstanding capital stock of Bennett and Aspden Realty Company. |
