| Deal Description | American Export Industries, Inc., entered into an agreement of merger, dated July 19, 1967, with Dragor Shipping Corporation. On October 17, 1967, Dragor Shipping Corporation, a Delaware corporation, was merged into American Export Isbrandtsen Company ("AEIC") and the name of AEIC was changed to American Export Industries, Inc. The separate corporate existence of Dragor ceased and American Export Industries, Inc., succeeded to all the rights and property and was subject to all debts, liabilities, and duties of Dragor. |
