| Deal Description | Amax Realty and Howe Sound Realty, as lessors, entered into a lease, dated August 1, 1964, with Intalco Aluminum Corporation, a Delaware corporation, as lessee, relating to an aluminum-reduction plant to be constructed in the state of Washington. In order to provide a portion of the funds for the financing of the plant, Amax Realty and Howe Realty each proposed to issue the 4.85% notes that were to be due June 1, 1986, pursuant to note purchase agreements dated August 1, 1964, and in connection therewith entered into an agency agreement with Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, as agent for the holders of the notes. |
