Voting Analytics Data

Description: Institutional investors (Mutual Funds) voting records and proxy guidelines

For meetings of Russell 2000 companies dating from 2001 through the first half of 2011.

Voting records are provided in two sets, Company Vote Results (meeting results) and Fund Vote Results (mutual fund N-PX data). Data for the Company Vote Results cover the Russell 2000 companies. Data for the Fund Vote Results cover the top 100 mutual fund families voting records back through the start of the Form N-PX reporting period (July 1, 2003).
