Question: Where do I find information on mergers and acquisitions?
Answer:
  • Use Capital IQ.
    • Either, mouse over Market Analysis and select an industry. Scroll down to see recent transactions.
    • Or scroll over the Analytics and Targeting tab. Select Screening and Transactions to perform a search.
  • Use the The Deal Pipeline for news. One can screen for mergers by clicking on Find a Deal.
  • Use Thomson ONE Banker to browse recent deals or search for transactions. On the left click Deal Analysis.
  • SDC Platinum has the longest backfile of deals.

    Check Harvard availability
